La Tournelle
Joinery — Structure — Seating 2025

A seating study that treats joinery as a structural language. Charred wood components are assembled without glue, relying on tension and gravity to hold the form. La Tournelle proposes that a chair can be both rigorously engineered and quietly poetic — a frame for sitting, but also a sculpture for the corner of a room.
